The Stentor Conservatoire II Violin outfit is the same instrument as the standard Conservatoire but has has been upgraded with an integrated Wittner tailpiece, quality branded strings (normally Pirastro Tonica), a better bow as well as a superior case.

It is the perfect choice for advancing students wanting an immediate upgrade of the very popular 1550 model, further enhancing it.

The Stentor Conservatoire II Violin outfit is available in 4/4, 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4 size. The smaller sizes may have a different case to the one shown on the 4/4.

Instruments not properly set up can have a detrimental effect on the players progress, even leading to the player being put off for life. At Caswells we operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument, regardless of level, to exact standards and specifications. This includes cutting the bridge and top nut, setting the soundpost, and lubricating the pegs. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
