All our products are new and come with a 14-day money-back guarantee and a 3-year warranty as standard.
Once the product is delivered, you will have 14 days to decide that you want to keep it. If you decide it’s not suitable, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund, providing the product is in ‘as new’ condition and in its original packaging.
If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period, we’ll quickly repair or replace the item for you. If the fault occurs within the first year of your ownership, we’ll collect the goods and deliver them back to you free of charge. If a fault develops within the remaining warranty period, carriage charges will be for the customer account. The warranty is non-transferable if the instrument is sold.

Conditions of warranty:
- Warranty is applicable from the date of delivery for a period of three years.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered under a warranty. The instrument must be well maintained and serviced during the life of the warranty.
- Moving parts and consumables including but not limited to strings, rosin and bow hair are not covered by warranty.
- Taper fit pegs do work lose with use. Regular maintenance and/or peg paste will keep these working well so, as such, slipping pegs are not a warranty issue.
- Any damage due to mishandling or accident is not covered by warranty.
