The Stohr Novara 4/4 Violin outfit is an outstanding instrument which has pushed the limits of ‘student instruments’. Designed to play well and offer a good sound from the word go, the Stohr Novara range of instruments not only come from the factory with D’Addario Prelude strings fitted as standard, but every instrument has a full luthier set up ensuring a good sound and optimum playability from the beginning, giving the student the best chance of progressing.
Made with European sourced timber, the Stohr Novara 4/4 Violin outfit has a full and rich sound. It has maple back and sides and full ebony fingerboard, pegs and fittings. The alloy tailpiece has four string adjusters and it has a very smart, quality oblong case with space for 2 bows and a shoulder rest. The outfit comes complete with a Brazilwood stick bow and a Stohr Student rosin.
Although already fitted with quality D’Addario strings, we offer the option of further upgrading it by having Dominant strings fitted. You will of course get to keep the Prelude strings as spares.
This instrument is available with the standard Ebony tuning pegs or as a FINETUNE model with Wittner finetune pegs. Wittner finetune pegs are geared making which makes tuning so much easier and more accurate.
