Description

The Stentor Rockabilly Double Bass Outfit is a robust, economic double bass designed for rock ‘n roll and slap playing styles.

The front is made from laminated spruce, back and sides from robust laminated maple. It is fitted with quality brass quarter plate machines and a black hardwood fingerboard. The bass is complete with padded cover with accessory pockets and includes a good quality wood bow.

Available set up with the standard factory fitted strings but we also offer the option of having it set up with Innovation Rockabilly strings.

Available in an attractive natural blonde finish or in black, blue, red or purple finish.

Stentor Rockabilly Double Bass Outfit set-up by Caswells Strings | We don’t sell different levels of set-up – we believe every instrument should have a gold set-up as standard, not something you have to pay for! Instruments not properly set up can have a detrimental effect on the players progress, even leading to the player being put off for life. At Caswells we operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument, regardless of level, to exact standards and specifications. This includes cutting the bridge and top nut, setting the soundpost, and lubricating the machine heads. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
