The Stohr Novara 1/8 Cello outfit is an outstanding instrument which has pushed the limits of ‘student instruments’. Designed to play well and offer a good sound from the word go, the Stohr Novara range of instruments not only come from the factory with D’Addario Prelude strings fitted as standard, but every instrument has a full luthier set up ensuring a good sound and optimum playability from the beginning, giving the student the best chance of progressing.
Made with superior sourced timber, the Stohr Novara 1/8 Cello outfit has a full and rich sound. It has flamed maple back and sides and full ebony fingerboard, pegs and fittings. The alloy tailpiece has four string adjusters and it has a very smart, branded padded bag. The outfit comes complete with a Brazilwood stick bow and a Stohr Student rosin.
Although already fitted with quality D’Addario Prelude strings, we offer the option of further upgrading the cello by having Larsen Aurora strings fitted instead. You will of course get to keep the Prelude strings as spares.
