Paesold Rhapsodie Cello

Description

The Paesold Rhapsodie Cello is a limited edition handmade cello. It has sycamore back, sides, neck and scroll with a top made of Alpine Spruce giving it exceptional tone and projection.

The instrument is hand-varnished with a natural spirit finish and lightly antiqued for a refined, traditional look. It is set up in our workshop with Kaplan strings, a French model Despiau bridge, ebony pegs, and an integrated tailpiece.

Paesold Rhapsodie Cello set up by Caswells Strings | Instruments not properly set up can be very detrimental to a playing and progress, even leading to the player being put off for life. We operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument to exact standards and specifications. The bridge is correctly cut and the soundpost correctly positioned. The pegs and bow are checked. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
