The Hidersine Piacenza Finetune Cello outfit is a superior quality cello outfit designed specifically for the discerning student who is progressing from the initial grades.
This model has the added feature of being fitted with Wittner finetune cello pegs. Wittner Finetune Pegs are a revolution for stringed instrument players. They replace the traditional pegs, but retain the traditional look and feel. Internally geared, eight turns of the peg head converts to one turn of the central spindle, allowing for exact and easy tuning much like a guitar machine head. Finetune pegs always ensure that tuning is simple, fast and accurate, and naturally, they never slip or get stuck so lesson time can be spent learning rather than tuning.
Made for one of the world’s favourite orchestral brands, the Piacenza has a hand carved straight grained spruce table, figured maple ribs and flamed maple back. It has ebony pegs and fingerboard.
The outfit is complete with a half-mounted brazilwood bow and a padded bag.
