Description

A Flying Start for Strings Viola Duet contains a series of simple open string parts for beginner violists to play. The open string parts accompany the folk and traditional tunes in the booklet. These duets are designed to be used alongside violin, viola and cello book 1 from the series A flying start for strings.

The tunes may be sung or played by the teacher, a family member or a more advanced student on strings, piano or other instrument. The duet book can be used alongside Book One of the series to develop confident rhythm and bowing skills.
