Westbury Cello Outfit

The Westbury Cello Outfit is an excellent advancing student instrument for the cellist progressing in their grades, complete with a padded bag and a brasilwood bow. The cello is a handmade and hand varnished instrument, made by Eastman Strings.

The instrument is fitted with quality ebony fittings and a French Despiau bridge. It is set up as standard with Larsen Aurora strings giving a good all-round sound.

Westbury Cello set up by Caswells Strings: Instruments not properly set up can be very detrimental to a students progress, even leading to the player being put off for life. We operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument to exact standards and specifications. The bridge is correctly cut and the soundpost correctly positioned. The pegs, case and bow are checked. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
