Primavera 100 Cello outfit set up by Caswells Strings (buying with confidence): We don’t sell different levels of set-up – we believe every instrument should have a gold set-up as standard, not something you have to pay for! Instruments not properly set up can have a detrimental effect on the players progress, even leading to the player being put off for life. At Caswells we operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument, regardless of level, to exact standards and specifications. This includes cutting the bridge and top nut, setting the soundpost, and lubricating the pegs. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.

The Primavera 100 Cello Outfit is an exceptional instrument for the beginner cellist and the education market.

It comes with ebony fittings as standard including quality, ebony pegs which are longer lasting, easier to tune & keep their shape longer.

The Primavera 100 cello outfit comes complete with a padded cover and a hardwood bow. The instrument is correctly set-up in our workshop with the standard factory strings. We offer here the option of upgrading the strings to further enhance the sound and playing experience.
