Hans Werner V725 Violin set-up by Caswells Strings | We don’t sell different levels of set-up – we believe every instrument should have a gold set-up as standard, not something you have to pay for! Instruments not properly set up can have a detrimental effect on the players progress, even leading to the player being put off for life. At Caswells we operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument, regardless of level, to exact standards and specifications. This includes cutting the bridge and top nut, setting the soundpost, and lubricating the pegs. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
