The Caswells Solo violin outfit is an excellent instrument for players in advanced grades and beyond.

The Caswells Solo violin is made in a small workshop in Europe for us and finished and set up with a Wittner light alloy tailpiece and Branded synthetic core strings (eg Pirastro Obligato) in our workshop.

The Outfit comes complete with a fine full mounted Pernambuco bow and a Superlight Violin case.

Instruments not set up or badly set up make playing very difficult and can result in the student possibly giving up. We operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument to exact standards and specifications. The bridge is correctly cut and the soundpost correctly positioned. The pegs, case and bow are checked. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
