The Pirastro Aricore Violin string set has a synthetic polyester core for the G, D and A strings with a plain steel E string. The ever popular Aricore Violin Strings have a dark timbre and warm sound.
The D string and A string come with an option of chromesteel winding which is resistant to perspiration and ideal for players who suffer with strings tarnishing as a result. This set has the Aluminium wound A and D
