The Double Bass has grown hugely in popularity in recent years, thanks mainly to instruments now being available right down to 1/16th size so tomorrow’s professionals can start at a very young age. Laminate basses offer excellent value for money but for that little bit extra, an all solid wood bass gives you a much better sound.
