Qualifying

You’ll only be considered for finance via Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited if you meet the following requirements:

  • Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits

Please note: Finance payment plans provided by Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited are not secured against an asset, such as your home.

However, if you fail to keep up with your repayments there will be other consequences. The repercussions include, but are not limited to, receiving a bad credit score, making it difficult for you to borrow money or get credit. This could affect your ability to get other financed items, such as mobile phone contracts, and you may be taken to court to retrieve the money.

There may also be charges that apply for recovery of missed/late payments or collection of the outstanding loan amount in the event of default.

Use of your personal data

To process your application, you will be asked to provide information about your personal, employment and financial situation. Finance Decision

Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited will let you know the outcome of your finance application in just a few moments. Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability.

Please note when applying for finance that both a soft and hard credit check is undertaken. Once all security checks have been completed, your credit agreement is signed and your initial payment has been paid, the hard credit check is made. Until you sign the credit agreement the credit search remains a soft search.

Your application may be referred to Omni Capital Retail Finance for manual review in in some cases. You’ll be notified by email of the credit decision, however, these are often reviewed and processed within 20 minutes.

Repaying the loan

Your first direct debit payment will be taken approximately 15 to 30 days after you receive your good or services.

This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.

Cancellation

There is a 14-day cooling-off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after receipt of your goods or services.
